Cake Batter
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour or almond flour for gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced

Prep & Mix Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your springform pan.
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to butter mixture, starting & ending with dry.
Stir in vanilla extract last.
Prepare Strawberry Filling
Bake Cake
