Ingredients

Velveeta cheese

10–16 oz Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until fully browned.
Drain excess grease to avoid a greasy dip.
Step 2: Melt the Cheese
Reduce heat to low.
Add cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet.
Stir slowly until the cheese begins to melt.
Step 3: Add the Rotel
Pour in the entire can of Ro-Tel (including liquid).
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Step 4: Mix Until Smooth
Continue stirring until the dip is fully melted and creamy.
If too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it.
Step 5: Serve Warm
Transfer to a serving bowl or slow cooker.
Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or veggies.
