Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked pasta fusilli, penne, or farfalle
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup bell peppers chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely sliced
  • cup olives optional
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs parsley, basil, or dill
  • ½ cup feta cheese optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  • Bring salted water to a boil.
  • Cook pasta until al dente.
