  • 2 –2½ cups powdered sugar adjust to taste

  • Ensure they are soft but not melted.

Step 2: Cream Butter & Vanilla

  • Beat butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 3: Add Cream Cheese

  • Add softened cream cheese.
  • Beat until fully smooth and lump-free.

Step 4: Add Powdered Sugar

  • Gradually add powdered sugar (1 cup at a time).
  • Mix on low speed first, then increase speed.
  • Beat until creamy and thick.

Step 5: Adjust Texture

  • If too thick → add 1 tsp milk
  • If too thin → add more powdered sugar
  • Optional: mix in lemon juice for flavor balance

Step 6: Chill

Step 7: Pipe Signature Pattern
